A one-hour online consultation costs US$150. Cancel at least 24 hours beforehand for a full refund. Our US$750 five-hour option is agreed with you before work begins. We provide practical advice, not guarantees of sales or leads.
Our services
Best Event Leads provides practical advice to help businesses attract, identify, qualify and connect with potential customers at trade shows and other events.
1-Hour Event Consultation — US$150
A 60-minute online consultation to discuss your event, review your current approach and identify practical improvements. It includes advice during the session and clear actions you can take away. It does not automatically include a separate written report or ongoing implementation.
5-Hour Lead Plan — US$750
A tailored engagement involving up to five hours of remote consulting and preparation. We will agree the scope, activities, outputs, schedule and payment arrangements with you in writing before work begins.
Booking and payment
One-hour consultations are booked through Cal.com and paid for through Stripe. Payment in full is required when booking. Your appointment is confirmed when the booking and payment are successful.
Prices are in United States dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise. Your bank or payment provider may charge currency-conversion or other fees.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a one-hour consultation at least 24 hours before its scheduled start and receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not normally refundable. If you do not attend without cancelling, the session will generally be treated as a late cancellation.
If Best Event Leads needs to cancel your consultation, we will offer you the choice of a new appointment or a full refund.
Refunds are made to the original payment method; the time taken to appear in your account depends on the payment provider.
These terms do not remove any legal rights or remedies you may have if we fail to provide our services properly.
Rescheduling
You can request a different appointment time using the rescheduling link supplied with your booking or by contacting us. Changes are subject to availability.
If you need to change an appointment less than 24 hours before it begins, please email us directly. We will try to help, but cannot guarantee another appointment time.
What you can expect
We will provide consulting services with reasonable care and skill, drawing on the information you share with us and our professional experience.
We do not guarantee a particular number of leads, sales, revenue or return on investment. Results depend on your market, offer, people, event and implementation. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for putting recommendations into practice.
Confidentiality
We will treat commercially sensitive information shared during a consultation as confidential and use it to deliver our services. This does not apply to information already public, information you authorise us to disclose, or disclosures required by law.
Please do not send passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential customer records through our public enquiry or booking forms. If such information is needed for an engagement, we will discuss an appropriate way to handle it first.
Free resources and materials
You may download, use and adapt the free guides on our website for your own business. Please do not resell or commercially redistribute the guides as your own products.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, Best Event Leads retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates and other materials. You may use materials provided during a paid engagement within your own business.
Responsibility and legal rights
Our advice is intended to support your judgment, not replace it. To the extent permitted by law, Best Event Leads is not responsible for indirect or consequential commercial losses arising from decisions made using our advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, subject to any mandatory laws and protections that apply to customers in other jurisdictions.
